What are your prices?
Our pricing varies based on supply and market conditions. For the most accurate and up-to-date pricing, please contact us directly. We will provide a detailed price list tailored to your needs.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we have a minimum order quantity for international orders. If you require smaller quantities, we recommend visiting our website for alternative purchasing options.
Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documentation, including Certificates of Analysis/Conformance, Insurance, Certificates of Origin, and other export-related documents as required.
What is the average lead time?
The lead time for samples is approximately 7 days. For mass production, it typically takes 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. Lead times commence once we have received your deposit and your final product approval. If your deadline requires expedited production, please discuss your requirements with our sales team, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via bank transfer, Western Union, and PayPal. A 30% deposit is required in advance, with the remaining 70% due against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we ensure that all products are securely packaged for export. For hazardous materials, we use specialized packaging, and for temperature-sensitive items, we utilize validated cold storage shippers. Please note that specialized or non-standard packaging may incur additional charges.
How about the shipping fees?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery method you choose. Express shipping is the quickest but also the most expensive, while sea freight is more cost-effective for larger shipments.
